Cyril brings a pragmatic, upbeat, “can-do” attitude to any project he undertakes. With over thirty-five years of senior-level management experience, Cyril has helped numerous struggling companies initiate turnaround programs that have enabled them to expand product brands, establish critical mass and correctly hedge their “Fixed and Cap Price Protection Programs.”

Cyril has worked with “PNC Bank,” “Citizens Bank,” “People’s Bank,” “First Union,” “Bank North,” “GE Business Capital,” and “First International Bank,” providing company valuations, waivers of covenants, and turnaround plans for companies suffering from severe liquidity problems.

In his career, Cyril has worked with the giants of the retail heating oil industry, as well as the smallest of startup companies. He has been directly responsible for raising over ten million dollars of capital for privately held companies; while assisting in raising billions of dollars for publicly traded ones.

Cyril has hedged billions of gallons of heating oil and is actively trading cryptocurrency. He analyzes cryptocurrency investing, providing in-depth research into a coin’s profit plan, ecosystem, countries using the coins, and the inflation rates for those countries.

Cyril is very active with various nonprofits, such as delivering blood for “The American Red Cross” and Delivering Heart Transplants for “Gift of Life,” He taught the “Enhanced Recovery Program” for Pro-Act, a nonprofit addiction recovery program in inner-city Philadelphia. He has helped organize walks for “The Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Association” and helped raise money for “The American Breast Cancer Foundation.” He has used these affiliations to assist in the branding of new revenue streams.
